Industry. Industrial OEM.

Your panel shop when your panel shop is full.

We build to your drawings, ship batches on schedule, and document every panel with a signed FAT report. We also build white-label under your brand and ship direct to your customer. Recent build out the door: 11 PowerFlex 750 VFD cabinets, 1 NEMA 4X process cabinet, 13 Siemens panelboards. Zero rework. On time.

What OEM procurement teams demand
4 things every OEM buyer checks before sending a PO to an outside shop.

Your internal panel shop is full. The schedule is not moving. The buyer needs a second source that builds clean, ships on time, does not need handholding through the drawing package, and can build under your brand when the end customer cannot see the sub-fabricator. That is the gap we close.

Capacity overflow without quality slip.

When your internal shop is jammed, the easy answer is to push the schedule. The right answer is a second-source shop that builds to the same standard. We fit that role.

Build-to-print accuracy from your drawings.

We work from your schematics, your BOM, your panel layouts. No redesign, no reinterpretation. If the drawing says 14 AWG MTW blue, that is what gets pulled.

Batch consistency across multi-unit orders.

Every unit in the batch ships looking the same. Same wire dress, same labeling, same torque values. That is what keeps your field service team out of trouble downstream.

FAT documentation that ships with the unit.

Continuity, dielectric, function. Signed test sheets, photo log, and as-built drawings travel with every panel. Your end customer gets a paper trail, not a verbal handoff.

How we meet it
A real second-source shop. Built for batches, white-label sub-fab, and design assist.

We are not a hobby shop taking on overflow. We build to your print, under your brand, ship direct to your customer, and can redline your drawings before fabrication if the schematic needs cleanup before it hits the floor.

  • Build-to-print panel fabrication. We work from your drawings, your BOM, your layouts. No redesign markups unless you ask for them.
  • White-label sub-fabrication. We build under your brand and ship direct to your end customer. Your name on the label, our shop doing the build. No attribution to Innovacore unless you want it.
  • Design assist on customer drawings. Schematic redline before fabrication on drawings that need cleanup. We mark up the issues, you approve, then we build clean.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 wiring practice. Strain relief, lacing, labeling, and torque control on every harness in the batch.
  • NEMA enclosure integration. NEMA 4X, 12, and 3R. Door cutouts, gland plates, and dress lists matched to your spec.
  • Batch FAT in our shop. Continuity, dielectric, function. Signed and documented on every unit before it ships.
  • Repeatable serial-number traceability. Each unit tagged, photographed, and logged. You can pull records on any unit by SN.

Standards we build to
The right standard, applied to industrial OEM work.

These are the standards we build to on OEM panel batches. No overreach. The standard matches the project type.

IPC/WHMA-A-620

Wiring practice on every panel in the batch. Strain relief, lacing, labeling, and torque control across all units.

NEMA 4X / 12 / 3R

Enclosure integration to the rating your application calls for. Indoor, outdoor, washdown, dust-tight.

NEC compliance

Wire sizing, overcurrent protection, and grounding to NEC. Built to pass an AHJ inspection on your end customer's site.

UL 508A Application in progress

We already build to UL 508A practice on every panel. Certification application is in progress.

Proven on a real OEM batch

11 VFD cabinets. 13 Siemens panelboards. On schedule. Zero rework.

We delivered a multi-cabinet OEM build on schedule: 11 PowerFlex 750 VFD cabinets, 1 NEMA 4X process cabinet, and 13 Siemens panelboards. FAT documentation per unit and zero field rework reported back. The same buyer keeps coming back because the units arrive looking the same, ship on the date we committed, and clear incoming inspection without a callback.

If your internal shop is jammed and you need a second source that does not need babysitting, or if you need a white-label sub-fabricator to build under your brand, that is the slot we fill. Send drawings, a BOM, and a quantity. We will tell you straight whether the schedule is realistic.
