The industrial control panel market gives buyers a false choice. Big shops carry overhead, certifications, and slow lead times. Small shops carry low overhead, fast lead times, and inconsistent build quality. We built Innovacore because that tradeoff is dishonest. The reason to exist is not the catalog. It is the panel that does not come back.
Innovacore Automation is a full-stack control panel fabrication and automation and controls shop. We are based in Cocoa, FL, on the Space Coast. We design, build, program, test, and commission control systems for industrial OEM, marine and port, municipal water, entertainment, and aerospace ground support clients.
The Space Coast is a region built on systems that cannot fail. Rocket programs. Defense platforms. Critical municipal infrastructure. Yet most local shops still operate like generic industrial fab houses. That gap is why we exist.
We built Innovacore around a single rule: every build gets the standard it actually requires. Aerospace projects get IPC-620 wiring rigor and MIL-DTL connector specification. Industrial builds get NEC and NEMA compliance. No shortcuts on the high end. No overkill on the low end.

Why we are different
We are a controls-led shop, not a generalist. We chase the work most fab houses cannot quote: aerospace ground support equipment, MIL-DTL harness designs, build-to-print panel batches, and modernization where downtime is measured in hours, not days.
Innovacore Automation was founded by Geury Garcia. Before launching Innovacore, Geury spent 13+ years as a senior engineer in aerospace and defense, including roles at Space Perspective, Vaya Space, and Kratos Defense. That hands-on discipline is now applied to industrial control panels for OEM, marine and port, municipal water, entertainment, and aerospace ground support clients.
