Industry. Aerospace and GSE.

Ground support electrical for the launch ecosystem.

GSE control panels, ground test stands, propellant and pressurant system panels, and harness drawing packages built by a controls team whose founder brings direct Space Coast program experience. Ground-side only. Designed for the pad, not the vehicle.

What GSE programs demand
4 things every GSE buyer checks before they sign a PO to an outside shop.

Ground support equipment lives outdoors, near energetic systems, in vibration, heat, and weather. Your control panel is the part that fails most often when shortcuts get taken during fabrication. We know the standard because our founder worked these programs on the Space Coast.

Wiring that holds up under vibration and thermal cycling.

IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 build practice on harnesses. Strain relief, lacing, and labeling that survives years on a launch pad, not just final inspection.

MIL-DTL connectors specified, sourced, and terminated correctly.

MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-DTL-83723 connector specification, contact selection, and harness termination. Built for ground test and GSE integration, not general industrial.

Classified-location build practice for propellant and pressurant panels.

UL Class 1 Div 2 component selection for panels near energetic systems. We know the parts rated for classified locations and the ones that are not.

FAT documentation that survives a procurement audit.

Continuity records, photo logs, and signed test sheets on every panel. The documentation package is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.

How we meet it
A controls team built for GSE work. Ground-side scope only.

We build GSE control panels, ground test stand electrical, propellant and pressurant system panels, range support electrical, and harness drawing packages. Flight hardware manufacturing in our shop is not offered. Harness drawings are designed for customer or third-party flight-certified manufacture.

  • GSE control panel fabrication. NEMA 4X, 12, and 3R enclosures. UL Class 1 Div 2 component selection for panels near energetic systems.
  • Ground test stands and instrumentation panels. Panel design and build for ground-test fixtures, environmental conditioning units, and test instrumentation racks.
  • Propellant and pressurant system panels. Component selection and wiring to hazardous-location ratings for propellant loading and pressurant control panels.
  • Range support electrical. Range communications, timing, and support electrical panels for launch range operations.
  • Harness drawing packages. Class 3 IPC/WHMA-A-620 build practice. MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-DTL-83723 connector specification. Drawings delivered for customer or third-party flight-certified manufacture.
  • FAT in our shop. Continuity, dielectric, function. Documented and signed before the panel ships.

Scope boundary. Flight hardware manufacturing in our shop is not offered. AS9100 certification path and NASA-STD-8739.4 process documentation are not yet in place. Harness drawings are designed for customer or third-party flight-certified manufacture. If your program requires in-shop flight article fabrication, we are not the right vendor at this time.

What ships with every GSE build

  • Wired, labeled panel built to IPC-620 Class 3 practice
  • As-built schematics, ICDs, and harness drawings
  • FAT report with continuity and dielectric records
  • Photo log, inspection sign-off, and traceability
  • MIL-DTL connector pin maps and lot data where applicable
  • Operator and maintenance documentation
Standards we build to
The right standard, applied to ground support work.

These are the standards behind our GSE work. Our founder has hands-on experience executing them on Space Coast programs. Each card describes the standard and the work behind it.

IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3

Class 3 build practice on harness and GSE work. Strain relief, lacing, termination quality, and labeling built to the highest IPC workmanship tier.

MIL-DTL-38999 and 83723

Circular connector specification and harness termination experience for GSE and ground-test program integration.

UL Class 1 Div 2

Component selection and enclosure rating experience for panels near classified locations. Keep ignition risk out of the panel near propellant and pressurant systems.

UL 508A Application in progress

We already build to UL 508A practice on every panel. Certification application is in progress.

Space Coast experience. Ground-side scope.

GSE work is what our founder trained on. It defines our ground-support build standard.

Our Lead Controls Specialist has direct Space Coast program experience: harness builds for human-rated stratospheric flight hardware, GSE power systems on sub-orbital launch vehicle programs, and MIL-DTL connector specification on defense-adjacent ground test programs. That experience now goes into every Innovacore GSE panel.

For GSE customers, we build with traceability and FAT documentation that holds up to a procurement audit. Harness drawings are designed for customer or third-party flight-certified manufacture. Flight hardware manufacturing in our shop is not offered.
